ABOUT USDion has been involved in construction since 1990 starting out as a Carpenter then Builder & currently contracts to Property Developers and Builders.
Creation Developments Australia Pty Ltd was started in 2007 by Dion Kingi as he started looking into property developments. Portfolio: Unit Developments, Land Sub-Division Developments, Major Renovation Projects, Commercial Projects, House Builder. Dion is a current member of the Australian Institute of Project Management, holds an Advanced Diploma in Project Management and also a QBCC & NSW Fair Trading Builder Licence for Low Rise Construction and is just about finished his Diploma in Construction.
